Compliance Process
Step 1: Free compliance analysis. This is a simple service that provides the practice owner with statistical information regarding clients that comply to certain treatments and routine procedures. We also give a detailed analysis on what we can improve and what kind of revenue increase you can expect. This can be done via phone or fax.
Step 2: Consultation with practice owner or manager. In this, we generate a tailored organizational structure and create a routine for your practice based on the results of the compliance analysis.
Step 3: Training. We introduce and implement the action plan with the entire practice. Veterinary Innovations will not only focus on increasing the quantity of recommendations, but also on educating the practice in giving quality recommendations. Based on the size of the practice and analysis results, there could be a series of trainings.
Step 4: Shadowing. The biggest challenge when executing any business strategy is the ability to do so with consistency. Through the shadowing process, we will be able to ensure continuity and reassess the initial action plan. Our team will observe and give constructive feedback weekly in order to promote constant personalized growth.
Step 5: Evaluation. As we conclude our service, we will reflect on the initial goals of the practice and evaluate the success achieved. At this point, Veterinary Innovations and the practice owner will discuss the appropriate next step(s) to ensure consist future growth.
